Artwork of Dee Rimbaud

Dee Rimbaud is a writer, artist and musician. We, Cafepress shopkeepers, are doing jobs, study and live our lives but what unites us is Cafepress and opportunity to do something creative plus have extra earnings.

Dee discovered CafePress when someone who bought one of his drawings suggested he could market his work through CafePress. Dee has his CafePress shop for about two years now. His shop is for someone with a very individual taste in clothes, who wants to look different from the herd.

"My CafePress shop is a place where I sell 40 different pieces of my artwork on t-shirts, sweatshirts, posters, greeting cards, fridge magnets etc. I have a blog with all 40 images at www.rimbaud-products.blogspot.com/ or you can see the images on my website at www.rimbaud.org.uk/artproducts. There are direct links from the images to the CafePress shop where products with that particular image are sold.
You should take a peek into the art world of Dee - it's dark, mysterious and provoking! It's like a puzzle - you are trying to guess the meaning of each artwork but you can't.

Poptastic is fantastic.

Poptastic is a one-stop shop for groovy graphic tees & gifts for pop culture fans. They carry a variety of products printed with TV and movie-inspired logos and quotes, retro and sci-fi art, funny slogans and pop culture parodies.

Poptastic is run by Cynthia and her husband. Her husband is an artist/graphic novelist and Cynthia is a freelance graphic designer and part-time creative director for a local publication. They opened Poptastic in January 2007.

Cynthia told T-shirt Legends "Poptastic was borne out of our passion for creating graphics that we would like to see people wearing on t-shirts and other apparel. It started out as a hobby but when sales started picking up, we decided that designing for t-shirts using a fulfillment service like Cafepress can actually be a good source of income for us too.

Pop culture is definitely something everyone can relate to and it was something we were sure we would always have ideas for. We try to make it a point to stay up to date with current trends and happenings so that our design selection is always fresh."

Who would be interested in Poptastic? TV/Movie/Pop culture fans who don't want the usual logo tees. " We want our customers to feel like they're wearing something that other true-blue fans will be able to "get" and will make them ask, "where'd you get that shirt?!" We also have funny graphic tees for those who just want to wear designs that will elicit positive reactions from their friends."

World of Bent Objects

By Terry from strange World Of Bent Objects.

I have a blog called "Bent Objects", which I started in 2006. It has to do with wire, and objects, and using them together to make narratives. Hard to explain. If you have a sense of humor, you might enjoy it.

I quit my day job in mid May to direct all attention to finishing my book "Bent Objects: The Secret Life of Everyday Things" (title subject to change). I had been a baker in a large supermarket for almost 7 years while I explored an art career. Before that, I worked in commercial photography, but got tired of making everyone elses visions a reality, and never mine.

I started my cafepress shop about the time I quit my day job, in the hopes of making some extra money. Most of my images are on hold for my book, but I hope to keep adding more selections as time goes on. My first image made especially for Cafepress is my S.O.S.A.D. T-shirts and such. That stands for Strangely Orange Snack Appreciation Day, which falls on June 21st of every year. Never heard of it? That's because I just made it up a few months ago. On that day, I'm hoping people enjoy strangely orange snacks, and remember the great innovations of processed foods, and food coloring. On said day, I will be eating only orange foods, and drinking only orange beverages.

If a person likes quirkiness, humor, maybe they're a little eccentric... maybe they'll like my shop. I've had fun writing the special descriptions in the S.O.S.A.D. section. Especially the kids apparel. Hope you check those out.

Please visit! I'm paying for my own insurance now!
Thanks, Terry

I really love the idea of bent objects. Good luck to Terry with his book and please we need more strangely cool bent objects on tees. It's worth checking his blog. It's one of the most unusual blogs I have ever discovered.

Her name is Carolyn McFann and she has a site on CafePress called Two Purring Cats Design Studio. Carolyn is a nature illustrator living in Florida. In her shop, she combines her love of animals and plants with her paintings and drawings.

From orchids to domestic pets and wildlife, Two Purring Cats is a dynamic site filled with G-rated fun for anyone who loves nature. It's broken into sections so you can go right to the interests you prefer. Carolyn spends long hours doing her artwork as a labor of love, and this site is the result of a lot of hard work. It's all about love of color, realism and fine art.

Apparel for strong Jewish

Here I present you one more proud Cafepress owner of shop called "Strong Jewish Women". It has Jewish designs. It has a section called "Strong Jewish Women" which is scenes from the lives of Biblical women like Jewish Stars and etc. Also you can find "Wearable Art" section which has images of flowers, birds, windmills, etc. for a general population.

Debbie, the proud owner of this shop told us: "I am working on making my cafe press site my main income source. I also tutor and write (for a local Jewish newspaper and also on Squidoo and my blog". My blogs are on the subjects of Judaism and Israel (mostly) -- Israel and its place in the world, Jewish Singles....

She had been working on the idea of Strong Jewish Women designs for a number of years, but had no way to implement it.A friend of hers, who knew she wanted to do this, told her about Cafe Press and helped get started. Her shop is open from November 2006. What kind of person would be interested in this shop? Jewish people, also general population, people who like graphic images on their tee shirts or mugs, etc.
